Collection: Calathea & Maranta

These plants are commonly known as prayer plants because of their movement. During the day their leaves open up and at night they fold upwards as if they were praying. 

These plants are equally showy, adaptable and  low maintenance!

This family of plants are generally recognized as safe for animals and humans. (Elliot doesn't suggest going around eating a bunch of them though)
